A short note on your data.

Information we collect

None. We operate no servers and receive nothing from the app.

Anything you type into Spirit Casino — your display name, bodyweight, training motto, custom exercises and every logged set — is written to local storage on your device and never leaves it.

What lives on your device

For the app to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage, on your phone, and nowhere else:

• Profile details you enter yourself: display name, bodyweight, training motto and the avatar colour you picked.
• Training log: workout sessions (title, start time, end time, optional note) and every set within them (exercise, weight, reps, seconds, warm-up flag, timestamp).
• Exercise library: the built-in catalogue of movements plus any custom movements you add.
• Routine templates: the built-in routines plus any you save.
• Preferences: units (kg or lb), rest-timer length, load increment, bar weight, weekly session goal and the onboarding-completed flag.
• Badge history: which badges you have earned and when.

None of it is uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes every byte.

What the app asks for

Spirit Casino requests no runtime permissions. It does not ask for the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, notifications, or health data, and the iOS build declares no permission-usage strings at all.

The Android manifest declares android.permission.INTERNET. This permission is unused — it is inherited from the standard Flutter application template (the Flutter tooling needs it for debug builds) and the shipped app contains no networking code of any kind. It is stated here explicitly rather than left unexplained.

What goes over the wire

Spirit Casino is fully offline. It contains no HTTP client, no web view, no sockets and no remote configuration. It makes no network requests, so there is nothing to intercept, log or profile.

The one exception worth naming is the Share button: when you choose to share a session or your stats, Spirit Casino hands a short block of plain text to your operating system's standard share sheet. You then pick the destination app yourself, and that app's own privacy policy governs what happens to the text from that point on. Spirit Casino sends nothing anywhere on its own.

Who else is involved

No third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting or tracking services are integrated. There are no cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels or telemetry of any kind.

The app is built with open-source Flutter packages (sqflite, provider, fl_chart, share_plus, intl, gap, flutter_animate, path). These are libraries compiled into the app, not services — none of them contacts a server on the app's behalf.

Younger readers

Spirit Casino collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K), because it collects no personal information at all. No parental consent mechanism is required because there is no data flow to consent to. Strength training itself should be supervised by a qualified adult for young athletes.

What you can do

This data is private to the app. Uninstalling Spirit Casino deletes all of it.

Your data never leaves your device, so there is nothing for us to access, export, correct or erase on your behalf — and no request process to go through.

• Access and correct: everything is visible and editable inside the app.
• Delete individual items: remove a set from a session, or a custom movement from the library, at any time.
• Delete everything: uninstall Spirit Casino. That removes the app's private storage, including the entire training database, permanently and irreversibly. Because there is no cloud backup inside the app, this cannot be undone — export or note anything you want to keep first.

Changes to this policy

If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
